I've been a fan of the 3013 series since its beginning, and with each book this series just keeps getting better and better. Author Susan Hayes has written a wonderfully crafted story, which centers around one of the peripheral characters in the previous book of the series. The heroine T'Karra is a pack leader of a group of Krytos, a warrior race whose home was destroyed by the same bad aliens who attacked Earth. She's written as a very feisty, independent woman, who is trying to find out who betrayed her pack in the last book. The two commanders, Hawke and Brandt who come to the X-2 station to find out what is happening and to straighten out the station were written as great alpha individuals, but with a bit of humor as the two of them snark at each other a lot. The three of them fall for each other, while trying to solve the crime, and our heroes want to keep the independent woman as their chosen. If you want to find out more, buy this book! I'm hoping there's going to be more additional books I'm excited with each new addition....they've ALL BEEN Exceptional Reads.
I am a big fan of this series and this story has done nothing to change my mind. When Brandt Carver and Hawke Summers take over as the commanders in charge of space station X2 charged with fixing the problems their, two worlds collide in the form them and on hot hot, Krytos shifter T'Karra.

It's match made in chaos and heaven. It so hot it almost melts the kindle and leaves the reader breathless and looking for more. You really must read this one. So much hot action and suspense and much action in the bedroom it will leave you hot, sweaty and limp.
I have really enjoyed reading this series and I look forward to reading the next instalment, it was captivating and fun. I would like to see the 3-grytos-brothers find their mate and fall in love, and also I would like to see more of the barren earth women fall in love with the Dragon warriors, change/heal and be able to bear children. This is the type of series that is easy to continue adding to as the characters are so interesting that, they prompt the reader to urge the author to write another story ASAP. I think that the author did an excellent job of developing the other worlds in the various galaxies, this worked to make the stories more realistic.
I love this series, its an automatic buy for me. I loved Targeted, a great addition to the series and bigger story! A return to Alpha Station X2. This is T'Karra Ryvern's of the Krytos story. I liked getting to know more about the Krytos. Loved Commanders Brandt Carver and Hawke Summers, the team sent in to investigate the events that occurred in Stowaway. They are perfect for T'Karra. She really made them her's in the end. Hope to see more of them. T'Karra's brothers, Danor and Verak, need to find a mate so does their little cousin Janza. She could use a pair of Alliance Elites too! Can't wait for the next book.
This is such a great book, that I look forward to going back and reading this story again and I am impatient to read the rest of this series. Hot, Hot, Hot, love scenes, a well written, creative and intriguing story, plus inventive, vivid characters, all on top of seriously sexy romance. All of that is combined into this fantastic series and make this book a "must-have"!!!! I didn't want to set it down....seriously, I was falling asleep over this book in the early hours of the morning!! Lol
I read a lot of space/alien romances and also quite a few Menage romances. Unfortunately both genres are riddled with poor writing and even worse storylines.

This one had neither. It was great and I loved it. I especially loved how the book challenged a few standards. First of all, not only was the heroine strong and kick-butt - she was a better fighter than the two heroes. Not that they were weak by any standards. But she was a super-strong alien and they were human which was another challenge to standards that always have the female be human and the male alien. Third of all, the heroes actually treated the heroine as a thinking woman who could make her own decisions. I'm definitely not used to that in this genre!

My only complaint were a few your/you're mistakes.

This was the first book in this series that I have read and it worked well as a stand-alone.

Space station Alpha X2 has been thrown for a loop, with the death of their previous Commander, the Alliance has sent in their best trouble shooters.
Commander Hawke Summers and Commander Brandt Carver. Two yummy hot Elite officers whose world is about to rocked...*wink*
T'karra Ryvern runs a bar that is also a Krytos sanctuary on Alpha X2. As leader of her pack she has more questions than answers and she is getting pretty ticked of at the Alliance for dodging her. Until the new commanders show up she will have to wait.
Action, suspense, hot steamy love scenes, romance, lots of laughter and fun. Loved the banter not only between the heroes and heroine but also her brothers. I really do hope that Danor and Verak get a story.
All in all a great read that does not disappoint. So looking forward to the next in this series.
